This work package has the purpose of developing a short term and long term early warning system for water shortage. Recommendations and suggestions for resource conflict management and mitigation measures for stakeholders and end-users as well as for water regulation via the Alpine Convention shall be given. A Handbook for Water Resources Management focused on water scarcity problems for policy makers in each region CD with PowerPoint presentation for local region indicating future regions of water scarcity and results of project to water suppliers.
